Where love lives, hatred cannot exist. -- Chastity Turino-Rodriguez

In the words of the late Mother Teresa, “Let no one ever come to [me] without leaving better and happier. Be the living expression of God's kindness: kindness in your face, kindness in your eyes, kindness in your smile.”

My mission is to empower women to nourish their spirit daily. Spirit is "the immaterial intelligent or sentient part of a person". It's a "special attitude or frame of mind." It's the "breath of life" and "consciousness" that moves through us.

Every service that I offer aims at enabling you to foster and nurture your spirit for optimal personal success. An angel reading offers compassionate guidance on your personal journey. A Reiki session helps to channel loving and healing energies to balance the mind, body, and spirit.. If you have a newborn, infant massage classes gives you (and your partner) a nurturing touch routine to help build and strengthen bonds in addition to providing other potential psychosocial and physical benefits.

About the Founder

I am a Licensed Massage Therapist (License MA 79969), an IAIM Certified Infant Massage Instructor (CIMI), and an Usui Reiki Master. See FAQ's for Reiki Lineage. I am a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) and an Affiliate Member of the International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT). I am an empath, Light Worker, and Angel Therapy Practitioner® (2013) certified by Dr. Doreen Virtue.

I hold an MS in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University and a BS in Psychology from the University of Florida, Go Gators! I am also Six Sigma Green Belt Certified.

Here's an important side note about me. I became a Licensed Massage Therapist, because it is required by the State of Florida to be a Reiki Practitioner. There are loopholes, like becoming an ordained minister and offering Reiki for spiritual healing, but I figured that the training would come in handy either way -- and it did. I learned and now teach infant massage which I think is a beautiful way to nourish the mind, body, and spirit of the babies and the parents.
